首先，我们重新认识一下这个长阅读这个题型，在四六级考纲中，具体陈述如下：“篇章后附有10个句子，每句一题。每句所含的信息出自篇章的某一段落，要求考生找出与每句所含信息相匹配的段落。有的段落可能对应两题，有的段落可能不对应任何一题”。抛却官样文章，长阅读这个题型是如此考察：先给出一篇有标题的1000词左右的议论文，段落已经用英文字母标好顺序(A-P);后面有十个句子，题号为36-45，句子主要为文章某一段落信息的复现，同义替换或者段落大意的概括。要求大家把句子信息与段落信息进行匹配，而且个别段落可能会匹配不少于1个，不多于3个题干，同时，也会有个别段落未命题的现象。这道题目，相信大家看到文章就要崩溃，看到十个题干已经不知所云。因为信息量太大了，大脑很容易超负荷和死机。既然如此，我们如何解决这一题目呢。中公教育交给大家三步走，解决长阅读，让你不再头疼脑发蒙。

第一步，阅读标题定中心

长阅读的文章篇幅长，主题偏，术语多。这个文章特色是把双刃剑，一方面，的确会给大家的理解造成困难。但是，更重要的是，文章的结构整齐规范，为标准的议论文，标题体现文章中心的关键词;术语类似于专有名词，很好定位而且比较好找。我们第一步要通过阅读标题，确定本文的中心关键词，由于议论文文体，这个关键词会在文章和题干中反复出现，我们就不必看这个词来进行定位和解题了。同时，也会对本文的内容进行预判。

第二步，浏览题干表达，圈出关键信息。在这里，各位同学根据自己的水平，大家不必通读十个题干，可以先看三到五个，避免自己忘记题干信息。在浏览时候，要圈出题干中的关键信息，即：本句中的名词，动词，形容词和副词。重点关注：专有名词，由连字符连接的合成词(例如：ice-cream)，表示时间地点数字的表达。这个时候，各位同学要注意圈出每个题干中最与众不同的表达。

第三步，回到文章，浏览段落，重点注意段首，段末和转折句，以及段落中反复出现的表达，与题干进行匹配，解题。同时，匹配成功后，将题干划掉。

下面我们以2020年7月份前三道题目为例，展示下如何实际操作：

第三步，回到文章浏览段落，重点注意段首，段末和转折句，以及段落中反复出现的表达，与题干进行匹配，解题
